Business education provider and human capital developer SPECTRA has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi based TAGI to provide executive level training courses and in-house business training to corporations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the greater Gulf region.TAGI is a member of the Talal Abu Ghazaleh Group of consultant companies.
